About Monique

Monique Summerfield is a Christ-mystic coach & facilitator who chose the path of Jesus at six years old (1991) and stepped away from church in 2018 (age 34) to rediscover a lived framework of LOVE and LIFE often forgotten inside religion. She is currently reading, studying and in circle with other women learning about Mary Magdalene, the Essenes, the hidden Gnostic gospels and all that previously ancient and most relevant jazz!

Monique supports women in paradigm shifting transitions ground and regulate their nervous systems and transform cultural and religious conditioning so they can experience more energy, more joy, more peace and more magnetic and deeply connected relationships, including with themselves, their partners, money and nature!

She is here to support you as you remember your divine design and sovereignty without abandoning your purpose and commitments.

With a BA in Linguistics & Int'l Development and over 20 years of experience in care giving, social work, humanitarian aid, ESL teaching, and service-based industries, she discovered the core of her calling: Supporting the powerful Divine Feminine as we REMEMBER and RISE in love and joy...in all our shapes and seasons!

Monique is also an artist, singer and dancer and has travelled across Canada, the US, Europe, Asia and dipped her toe in South America. She looks forward to much more travel and amazing times of adventure!

Monique lives on the West Coast of Canada with her land-mates and beloved pet bunnies.

A Divine Flow session feels like a grounded, Heavenly hug. It’s a gentle, fresh, rooted space where you can exhale, soften your shoulders, and let your nervous system settle and calibrate.

You’re not rushed, fixed, or analyzed you simple get to be present and let peace, joy and love wash over you and soak into you. As we tune into Creator's love together the noise quiets and what’s true begins to rise. Women often report, "I feel refreshed"!

Rooted in gratitude and guided by the Holy Spirit, Monique’s intuitive and empathic heart sync sessions help you connect in a simple yet profound way to LIFE and LOVE. Each moment is personalized, gentle, and deeply nourishing...sometimes there is more movement, sometimes some doodling and sometimes laughter and silliness too. We flow with what is alive and needed in that session...tears are welcome too.
